Loved by over 400 schools and counting
You've probably paid for leads that never showed. We find them, chase the booking, and keep chasing until they walk in. You pay when they do, and not before. One school in Texas had seven trials booked on his first day.
The schools that work with us already know how to run a good school. Our job is to make sure the right people can find it.
Most agencies measure their success in leads generated. You measure yours in students on the mat, renewals, and retention. Those are different things and most agencies never close the gap.
You're accountable to every student who walks through your door. Most agencies aren't accountable to whether a single one of them ever does. We only get paid when they show up, so our incentives match yours.
A campaign built for a fitness studio doesn't understand what makes someone commit to a martial arts school. The journey from curious to enrolled is different. We only work with martial arts schools because it's the only way to do it properly.
You hold your instructors accountable to real outcomes. We work the same way. We generate the lead, book the trial class, and follow up until they walk through your door. We only get paid when they do.
We run the full acquisition cycle from first contact to confirmed trial class. Your job is to be ready when they walk in.
We build a qualified local audience around the profile of your best current students: the ones who stayed, progressed, and became part of your school's culture. 10+ channels, all targeted to your market.
We follow up with every enquiry until the class is in the diary. Your instructors don't come off the mat to chase a lead.
You run your ad budget directly with the platforms. Our fee only kicks in when a student physically walks in for their trial class. Not when they fill a form, not when we book the appointment. When they show up.
Don't take our word for it. Watch these school owners describe exactly what happened when they stopped paying for leads and started paying for students.
"30 memberships in less than 14 days."
"I've never found anything that was more customer-centric and more pleasant to work with than Madscope."
"The only regret I have with this is that I did not do it sooner."
Ask any agency offering you a guarantee to read you the conditions. That's usually where you find it: call every lead inside five minutes, ring them ten times in a day, miss one and you don't qualify. A guarantee is how a monthly fee gets sold. We don't have one, because we don't have a monthly fee. No student walks through your door, you pay nothing. There's no clause to argue about because there's no clause.
Most agencies charge the same monthly retainer whether your school grows or not. Ours doesn't work that way. You're paying for outcomes, not for us running ads and sending you a report. When your results are down, so is our revenue. That's not a guarantee clause. It's how we've structured the entire business.
When you're evaluating agencies, you'll see big numbers everywhere: hundreds of studios, $30M generated, 30,000 appointments booked. The problem is most of those claims are impossible to verify unless they have direct access to every client's bank records and enrollment data. Every result we show you is tied to a real school owner, a real school, and specific enrolled student numbers. You can watch the videos, look up the schools, and reach out yourself if you want. We've worked with well over 400 schools, including some for more than 5 years. The proof is verifiable because we want you to check it.
Every figure below is the owner's own, said on camera. The links take you to the moment he says it, so you can check us rather than take our word for it.
Master John Gartland was locked out by his landlord and took an outside job after 35 years teaching. His recurring income had fallen to $2,300 a month. He started with us in February. Fourteen weeks later the school had doubled and recurring income was near $16,800 a month, running 20 to 24 contracts a month. He says it himself here.
Master Jason Wadley reopened at 60 to 70 students after losing about 60% to Covid. Seven bookings on his first day, seven the next, eight the next, and 30 memberships inside 14 days, about a third of them bringing a sibling. He asked us to pause inside three weeks because he couldn't keep up.
Jessy Austin was already top of Google and boosting posts, and neither moved him. He signed 35 to 40 members in his first 45 days, hired two appointment closers and an assistant coach to cope, and was at about 130 members when we recorded him. He ran a kids campaign; his adult class grew anyway.
Those are three schools, not an average. Your town, your timetable and your front desk decide what yours looks like, which is exactly what the call is for.
Most owners we speak to have already paid somebody and got nothing. One of our clients describes his previous suppliers as good for four or five weeks before it dropped off. You can't tell a good agency from a bad one on a sales call, because the bad one has had far more practice at sales calls. So don't judge us on this page. Ask for a client and push them for what went wrong, not what went well.
There's no contract and no notice period. You run your own ad budget in your own account, so you keep the account, the tracking and the lead list whatever happens. If a month doesn't produce, you stop and we've earned nothing from it. That's the correct outcome for a bad month.
You're not supposed to. Plenty of the owners we work with have never built an ad and have no intention of learning, and that's fine, because it isn't their job. What you do need is somebody who can text a booking back within the hour and a timetable with space in it. If you've got those two, the rest is ours.
It might be. We work in small markets constantly and some of them can't support the volume an owner wants. We'd rather work that out on a 15-minute call than take your money and find out in month two. Bring the number of spaces you need filled and we'll tell you what we think your area can produce.
This is the one nobody warns you about, and it's the most common way this goes wrong. Jessy Austin told us plainly that he wasn't ready at the start and reckons it cost him 10 to 20 members he could have had. Owners regularly ask us to cap the intake or pause while they hire. Clear your diary before you start, not during, and know who's answering the messages. We'd rather slow it down than watch your class quality drop.
If you're losing students to attrition every month, you don't need another agency promise. You need to know if this model works for your school. Book a 15-minute call. We'll look at your market, tell you honestly whether we think it's a fit, and walk you through how the model works. No case study deck, no manufactured urgency. If it makes sense, we'll tell you how to move forward. If it doesn't, you'll know in 15 minutes and you can move on.
Pay per show. No student walks through your door, you pay nothing.
